Advanced Testing Capabilities
Our facilities include precision testing systems for helium leak detection, pneumatic and hydraulic pressurization (up to 3000 bar), high-pressure burst analysis, and compressor/valve capacity evaluation. We conduct detailed measurements of pressure, temperature, flow rate, and gas purity, and utilize data collection systems for real-time monitoring and reporting. These test procedures validate product durability, functional integrity, and compliance with both customer and international standards.

Integration Infrastructure
We offer extensive integration capabilities for high-pressure gas, liquid, and fuel valve assemblies, supported by specialized equipment for leak-proof pipe closures, oxygen-compatible chemical cleaning, and stainless-steel pipe bending. Our facilities include dedicated zones for electrical subsystem integration, sealing component fitting, and high-precision mechanical fixtures that ensure consistency in assembly and system performance. A separate high-pressure compressor assembly and testing area enables final-stage validation under actual working conditions.
